RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY


If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may send it back free of charge. All items must be returned within 15 days from shipment in new, unused condition, with no signs of use or wear. All returns must include the item(s), return label and packing slip. If any of these items are missing, processing time will be severely delayed.

We recommend trying on both shoes on a carpeted surface and wear stockings to prevent any scuffs, dirty or scratches in case you decide to return or exchange them. All shoes and dresses apparel, must also be returned unworn, in the original packaging and with original tags still attached. Please note that final sale merchandise

cannot be returned or exchanged. PLEASEME reserves the right to reject (and not return) items that do not adhere to this return policy.

If you wish to exchange an item purchased, please contact our Customer Service Department directly at (+27110501486) or Customerservice@pleaseme.co.za  they will check the availability of the replacement item you are requesting and further explain the steps needed to make the exchange.

Merchandise that is exchangeable can be returned by either mailing to the address above or by bringing it into one of our store locations. Exchanges are subject to a R50.00 processing and handling fee, unless the mistake is from our side by supplying you with wrong size different from your order, Factory default. Once the original item is received, the replacement merchandise will arrive to you within 7-10 business days. But for express service you can arrange with our Customer care Representative to arrange time and date which will take 2-3 working days for you exchange to be sorted out at our Store for collection                          

Refusal of package delivery from our drop ship partners:

A restocking charge of 20% will be deducted from your refund for any order is refused for delivery, or cancelled in transit.


REFUND POLICY

 Please allow 7-14 business days from the return ship date for your return to be processed and credited. Returns for a refund can only be made to the original form of payment minus a 15% restocking fee per item*. Due to varying bank policies, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If your payment was done in our show room with cash you will be ask to provide a bank detail for your refund

You have to e-mail the deposit slip to sales@pleaseme.co.za and make sure you use your order number as reference

 

CREDIT CARD:


You will follow our secure credit card check out for the services.

 

DEBIT CARD:


We offer two type of debit card service.


1) You use your debit card at our show Room which you will find the address at our contact information,

2) You can arrange with any of our sales representative to visit you at any close by Mall within Johannesburg which an extra of R150.00 will be charge on each transaction. You will be charge on your Debit card. All amount should be paid first before receiving your order at the spot, No cash transaction and this Method only apply to Johannesburg residents only.


CASH PURCHASE:


It will only happen at our Show Room and Store

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION:


To make purchases with a credit card through the PLEASEME, you must submit credit card information. You represent and warrant to PLEASEME that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You will promptly update your Account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur. You authorize PLEASEME to use any updated CREDIT CARD information submitted by your credit card company directly to PLEASEME. If you dispute any charges, you must inform PLEASEME within thirty (30) days upon receipt of PLEASEME’S invoice.

For EFT, WIRE TRANSFER FOR INTERNATIONALS, CASH DEPOSIT OR CASH PAYMENT through our SHOW ROOM, We reserve the right to change PLEASEME prices, fees or the number of Member Credits required purchasing items.

Your continued use of the PLEASEME Services after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

 

ACCOUNT CONFIDENTIALITY AND ACCESS:


You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account, all activities occurring under your Account and all access to and use of the PLEASEME Services by anyone using your Account, whether or not such activities and access are actually authorized by you, including but not limited to all communications, transactions and obligations. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. PLEASEME shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage arising from any unauthorized use, access or any other breach of security of your Account, including but not limited to your member sign-in password and email address. You acknowledge and accept that your use of the PLEASEME Services is in compliance with these Terms of Service. You further acknowledge and accept that PLEASEME shall have no obligation to investigate the authorization or source of any Account activity, including purchase activity following a proper log-in to this Site or any PLEASEME Services, which is defined as a matching and current member sign-in and user password. You shall notify PLEASEME immediately of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other unauthorized use of any PLEASEME Services.

You agree that PLEASEME may, without prior notice, immediately terminate, limit your access to or suspend your Account based on any of the following: (a) breach or violation of these Terms of Service; (b) upon request by law enforcement; (c) unforeseeable technical or security issues or problems; (d) extended periods of inactivity; or (e) fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity, or any other activity which PLEASEME believes is harmful to its business interests; or (f) for no reason. You agree that any termination, limitation of access and/or suspension shall be made in Pleaseme’s sole discretion and that PLEASEME shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination, limitation of access and/or suspension of your Account.
